Who May Advertise?

Prevue Magazine limits the scope of its advertisers to include Realtors, Builders, Financial Institutions and Title Companies.    If your property is listed with a real estate agent, you are eligible to advertise that property in Prevue.

All real estate advertising in Prevue Magazine is subject to the Federal Fair Housing Act of 1968 which makes it illegal to advertise "any preference, limitation or discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin."  Prevue Magazine will not knowingly accept any advertising for real estate which is a violation of the law.  All dwellings advertised in Prevue Magazine are available on an equal opportunity basis.

Advertisers must maintain their accounts with Prevue Magazine in good standing in order to be eligible to advertise in the magazine.  Prevue Magazine reserves the right to refuse advertising space to any account not in good standing.
